Hoff Design Build updated this lovely Boise North End home by modernizing the Kitchen. 3D design was a major aspect in assisting our clients to see what their kitchen will look like prior to starting the project. This Boise North End Kitchen Remodel was a major improvement to the home while retaining the original design elements. The time frame for this size of project is typically two to three months.

Rendering requires lots of time and planning to make images look as photo real as possible. Many times we improvise by custom creating and developing many of the 3D objects.
The posts, beams, patio and deck were not library items in my CAD program, so all that needed to be made by creating 3D objects and applying textures to them.
As you can see in this drawing, the ground follows a slope. We are able to assign elevation information to our drawings to assist in creating as realistic representation as possible.
I take photos to use in the backgrounds which helps to make a good rendering more realistic.
Notice the shadows? We are able to apply sun data based on time and location…pretty cool.
